PayLease is a third-party online payment service that we use to take online payments. Setting up your account is easy to do and will save you time and hassle! 

To create a new account - click HERE

• Search for your property and select it
• Enter your information (unit # if applicable)
• Create and confirm your password
• Agree to the terms and conditions of use

While logged into PayLease you can use the tabs at the top of the page to:

• View your transaction history
• Set up auto-pay
• Make a one-time payment
• Update your personal information
• Change your password

PayLease will not show an accurate portrayal of your balance - please contact our office for balance

*$2.95 fee for all online payments

+ 3% fee for all debit or credit card payments
