How to Apply
Requirements
Our general criteria for all applicants include the following:
- Credit Score (600 or greater) **
- Rental history
- Background checks
- Income*

Our leases are Month-to-month with a 3 month minimum
When you apply, the following is required for each adult applicant:
- Application filled out front and back
- Proof of income for the past 3 months
- A photo ID
- $25 Application fee
Applications must be complete and honest in order to be considered.
*We require income to be at least 3 times the rent and you must be at your job 3 months.
** No outstanding fines, or unresolved judgments/collections.
