Planning on Moving?

• Please give us a proper 30-day WRITTEN notice, on or before the 1st of the month you plan to vacate.
• Please find the document below - print it, fill it out, and email it to us or bring it to our office.
• In order to have your security deposit refunded we expect the apartment to be emptied and cleaned. Here are some suggestions:
  • Empty unit completely, make sure to check cupboards, garage, storage unit, etc.
  • Clean appliances
  • Clean the walls
  • Clean the bathrooms
  • Wash the floors
  • Turn in keys (garage door opener - if applicable) to the office on the last day of your lease by 11:00 am.
