How to Apply
Requirements
Our general criteria for all applicants include the following:
- Credit Score (600 or greater) **
- Rental history
- Background checks
- Income*
When you apply, the following is required for each adult applicant:
- Application completely filled out
- Proof of income for the past 3 months
- A valid photo ID
- $15 Application fee
Applications must be complete and honest in order to be considered.
*We require income to be at least 3 times the rent. You must have been at your job for at least 3 months.
** No outstanding fines, recent bankruptcies/foreclosures, or unresolved judgments/collections.
